My love for Central Texas inspired this one. Between Waco and Austin, Texas, the flat prarie of North Texas begins to blend with the rolling hills of Central Texas. Part of that transition, I have tried to capture here. This early summer afternoon the grassland lies green and lush from recent rains. Moisture rises from the land to begin a thunderstorm's wall cloud, not threatening in early development.
