A table top moment in time. Over the years, countless times I have been in restaurants where table tops sat waiting patrons. They all looked lonely to me, devoid of human interaction.
Here the starched table cloth supports crystal and glass with a touch of nature in the small yellow flowers. It is inviting but it is also empty.
It will remain empty for all time, waiting.
