The area hosts a rich heritage and abundant wild life along with hords of "winter visitor" tourists from Northern States such as Iowa and Michigan.
You can certainly understand why the tourists love the area when you know that I painted this watercolor in my short shirt sleeves two days before Christmas, 2004.
