Original oil painting, 5' x 4'.
This painting was inspired by a wonderful watercolorist who knows my love for color and photographed the pond. She brought the photo to me with her permission to paint it. I will not name this talented painter for privacy purposes but she was my first painting student and during the time she worked with me, I learned much more from her than I taught her. She was also a dedicated public art teaching professional and shared her talents with many others.
In this woman's honor, I painted this painting.
