1	2	3	4	5	6	7	8	9					Shown to your left is my oil painting "Waiting for Brooklyn." Big Bear nestles on the top of the sofa against the morning light as it streams through white wooden shutters. This painting was inspired by my first granddaughter and is in many ways a "self-portrait," typical of most grandfathers -- patient but at the same time melancholy -- enduring the time between the little one's visits.
